How it works for your group
If your group is tracking Wordle in a shared spreadsheet or a Notes app, you already know the failure mode: somebody forgets to log, somebody else disputes the math, and the whole board dies by February. A Five Letter Tribe leaderboard updates the moment each player shares their daily grid — with skill scoring a spreadsheet can’t do.
Daily, weekly, and all-time standings
Today’s table resets with the puzzle. The weekly table crowns a short-season winner. All-time records keep the long grudges alive. All three exist for every tribe automatically — nothing to configure, nothing to maintain.
Better than a leaderboard template
Templates track guesses (4/6, 5/6) and stop there. Tribe scoring also weighs efficiency — the quality of the path, not just where it ended — so two 4/6 games are no longer a coin flip, and the board reflects skill over a season.
Your leaderboard stays yours
There is no global public ranking and your board is never listed anywhere. Only people your chief approves can see it. Free regional leaderboards exist too, if you’d rather compete with people near you than people you know.
Get started in a minute
1. See your score first
Paste today’s Wordle result above — no account needed — and see the skill score a raw guess count hides.
2. Put your group on the board
Join a free regional tribe in one tap, or a chief starts a private tribe and sends one invite link to the group.
3. Share once, check the board
One share after each game posts your grid, lights your torch, and re-ranks the board. That’s the whole routine.
Common questions
Yes. Every regional tribe on Five Letter Tribe has a free leaderboard, and scoring a solo result never requires an account. Private group leaderboards are hosted by a chief ($2/month after a free trial); players are always free.
Not automatically — the board starts fresh, which most groups treat as a new season. Your solo streak on this device carries over when you sign in and post.
A skill score combining solve speed and guess efficiency, shown for today, the current week, and all time. Raw guess counts are always visible on each grid too.
Only approved members of your tribe. Nothing is public, indexed, or shared with other tribes.
