Help camp

Lost in the jungle? Billing weird? Torch acting cursed? We’ve got FAQs — and a real inbox if you need a human.

Nope. Five Letter Tribe is an independent campfire for your private group. You still play Wordle on the NYT site, then bring the share text back here. We’re not affiliated with The New York Times.

Chiefs host the tribe and cover the plan ($2/mo or $20/yr, with a 14-day trial). Tribe mates never need a card — they just show up and share.

Up to 20 people per camp (chief included). A chief can run up to 3 tribes. You can belong to up to 10 tribes at once.

Yes. Streaks only count solves — missing the word puts the campfire out. You can still light the torch for the day (snuffed counts as showing up), but the streak resets.

Members can leave anytime from Today or Stats. Chiefs can’t abandon ship — archive the tribe from the Chief page if you’re done hosting. Departed members can still appear grayed-out in standings for history.

Manage billing from the Chief page (Stripe customer portal). Cancel anytime; you’ll keep access through the paid period. For refund questions or payment glitches, email support — we’re human, not a maze of phone trees.

Smoke signal us at support@cardinaliswebdevelopment.com. Include your account email, tribe name if relevant, and what went sideways. We’ll reply as soon as we’ve put the kettle on.

Still stuck?

Email the camp desk. We read every message — usually before the next Wordle drops.
